Placed an Uber eats order today, 11/17 at 1:12 pm to have delivered to my sister in the hospital. I had requested meat on the... burger (the fact they even ask that on the menu is ridiculous, who eats a burger with just a bun) and when the order arrived atthe hospital, both burgers had no patty. Uber eats told me to contact the restaurant to give them an opportunity to make itright. When I did, the girl who answered was extremely rude in her tone once I told her I couldn?t have someone go pick it upsince I live in another state and that?s why I got the Uber eats to take it to my sister. When I asked for her manager, she saidshe was the acting manager on shift. When I asked for her name she refused to give it to me though I asked three times. I hopesomeone in corporate knows who this person was and teaches them some manners and what customer service should. My family and Iwill no longer give them our business. This kind of person should not be in customer service, especially not as a manager. Read more
This store had gone in the dump! I was told to wait by the kid on the speaker. Waitting 7 mins for him to tell me they are no... longer taking orders after making me wait 7 mins with my window down when it's raining. Very poor service. A monkey could dobetter! Read more

Ok, we ordered from the drive thru. First mistake. We ordered a plain burger, no cheese ketchup only, nope, didn't get it, then... they tried to fix it, again, nope. 3rd times a charm right? NOPE. Wth? It's a plain burger! How difficult is that? Apparentlyit's rocket science! Read more
Decided to use a coupon. A&W is a rare visit for me, and for good reason as evidenced by today's visit. Broad running the order... window was quite crass and sluggish, if not a bit apologetic for wait times. Cleanliness is a pretty serious issue at thislocation. There are plenty of people who need entry level jobs- hire a couple more and get yourself some functional staffinglevels. Pretty sure I waited a solid half hour from the time I walked inside until I walked back out with grub in hand. Notacceptable. Read more
Listen, the food is awesome, a little expensive though! Combination meals begin in the $8 range and I get it BUT! They want a... tip at the window??? I'm driving to get there, waiting in my car for 5 minutes and paying over $8 (actually over $9 forupsizing) for a value meal and they want a tip??? This isn't the employees idea, this is the company's. How about just payingyour people more money? Read more
Well! I was hungry and the other dives had long lines of cars, AW had no one. I ordered a plain hamburger meal and I know now... why there was no one in line at AW. I have had better burgers at gas stations. The fries were old and cold. Felt like I waseating chips of wood. What really got my spincter muscle tight was that I was asked for a tip before I even got my meal and oncarry out. Felt like I was in a border state. 2nd July 2022 I decided to drop by and see if anything has chaged. I askedthe speaker box if they had a kids meal because I couldnt located it on the board, the plexi glass was blurred. Speaker boxreplied back and said " we have all kinds of kids meals" then silence. So I sat there in silence until the next car drove up. Then I just drove off and glassed in the window.
