The mac and cheese was good, but the place definitely needed to be cleaned up. There was trash on the floor, and some weird... thing on the order counter that looked like a cats hair ball. Over priced, mediocre noodles. Location was not well kept, unclean. To top it off, this location only has one of the horrible... multi-flavor Coke dispensing machines. Cherry Coke from these machines taste horrible. Love Coke, but I have started avoidinglocations with these machines. It just never tastes right. Read more
After I was almost done eating my Mac and cheese I found a short blonde hair in my food.. I wasn?t angry cause things happen and... I?m not a ?Karen? ? manager was super nice and refunded the meal. He probably would have given me another bowl, but mine wasalmost gone so it was okay. Proper management call and great customer service. Read more
The food is great and the online ordering is easy to use. I always get the Parmesan Chicken Buffalo mac and cheese. Super... delicious! I miss their old cookies from several years ago. I still dream about them sometimes. Their new cookies are just"meh". Read more
Ordered from this place with bad hopes because I have had nothing but cold water cheese or the wrong order! Hahaha it?s amazing... how many times noodles and company can mess up! I was there tonight and ordered Alfredo with zucchini noodles. I got something that was soup consistency and was too gross to... finish. It looked nothing like what it should have. To top it off, I found hair in my food and my friend found hair in hers aswell. My friend and I were disgusted. Definitely was not worth the $15 and had we known what we were going to get we would haveate anywhere else. Also, there was some mysterious substance on the wall behind us and almost all the tables were dirty. Wewould not go to this restaurant again. We wouldn?t recommend anybody else eating here either. They usually forget something every so often but Adrian was super nice and he personally brought it over to the place I work at.... He brought me the sauce the associate who packed it forgot and even brought me a coupon for the mistake! That made my day! Read more
