Went for dinner last night and the staff was very overwhelmed. Yes, the dining area was messy but as the staff transitioned over... to online orders only and managed the long line of people left inside it was clear that management is doing this right for thestaff and customers! I love Chipotle and this new location, but this has got to be the worst experience I've had at a Chipotle restaurant. To start,... I walked in during lunch time and floors and tables were dirty, went to fill up my drink and there was NO ice and half thefountain drinks were out. Note: this was my 2nd day in a row coming here and ice was out the day before as well. Took my firstbite and everything was cold especially the corn, it was like it just came out of the freezer. My barbacoa that's supposed to beshredded came in two chunks and that tasted like it just came out of the fridge. I understand this just opened up, but being aCorporate owned operation, you'd think they'd have strict guidelines to follow. Hopefully in a couple months it'll be bettermanaged. Read more
Giving 5 stars for the employees i saw there. All very friendly and all constantly doing something. Had no issues with the... portion sizes. Huge line but I still got in and out in about 10 minutes. Bravo ???? give your workers a raise. This location is20x better than Apple valley Read more

Great customer service, portion size and over all experience. Given that they just opened this location and probably had some... issues as others mention below, I think the staff here go above and beyond. The service industry is not for the light hearted,and I was impressed by the lady at the register being yelled at by a customer but taking the high road and still having a smileon her face. They acknowledge that they are low on staff and are sometimes overwhelmed by online orders. I haven?t been herewhen the restaurant is dirty like the review below. I?m sure with so much foot traffic and people dining in, with a combinationof low staff it could have happened. It?s definately better than the other AV location and I?ll be back! Read more
