I came to try the chicken sandwich. I got the garlic parmesan chicken sandwich and it was really good.
Worst wing stop ever!!! 1st my order is wrong. I asked for 10 boneless wings 1/2 hot 1/2 bbq. Was told 10 mintues. At 5:26 umm... Benyeh as the receipt says decided I only needed 5 wings total. So after waiting 55 minutes for my order my order isn't evencorrect. Forget asking then to fix it. I dont have another hour to wait!!! I asked for a refund they said it will take 8 ton10days to be returned to my bank card. Will see if thats actually happens. Read more
Ordered online for me and my girlfriend, wait time was 20-25 minutes and got my food in 15 on a Friday. Everything came out good... and exactly what I ordered. Staff was nice and quickly got my order out, this is a great place for some quick wings???????????? Read more
Worst Experience we have ever had. Spent $63 on food to have it show up 2hrs later in a ripped bag covered in Ranch. Can?t get a... refund through wing stop App and manager on the phone was rude telling us it is Door Dashes Fault. Wing Stop states so mucheasier to order on app until you have an issue. I?ve been going to Wingstop for as long as I can remember. They?ve always had great service at this location with great wings!... Love their deals and their Korean Q and mild flavored wings in particular. I?ll continue to get my wings from Wingstop, it?s myfavorite wing spot! Read more
Staff is friendly, orders do take a bit longer than expected during certain times, but overall decent wingstop. Kind of warm to... dine in, but outside seating was nice on a breezy day. Read more
????????????We ordered 75 wings 5:08pm online which had a 15-25mim wait. We arrived at around 5:20pm when they haven?t even... started cooking. We were told that it would be about 15min. So I went to T Mobile for 15min then went back to Wing Stop for theorder. The order wasn?t done till about 6pm. While there we ordered 3 more fries which the lady there misunderstood and onlycooked 1 so I ordered 2 more. There?s no communication or updated status on our order the whole time. They said everything wasthere and they looked at us crazy as if we were retarded or something. When wr arrived home (block away) we noticed that onlyhave the order was there. We called and had to return to the store. They didn?t want to deal with us so we asked for theManagers number. They said that it can?t be provided!? Uh???? We had to be more forceful till they provided it and said oh yeahwe have more food her that?s your? COLD food and they literally poured oil all over the bag, food, and containers. Oil spilt outinto car seat and it?s just s disaster!!! All we wanted was good food. We were respectful and communicated clearly. Still theworse customer service ever!!! ???? Last time I come here. Came here again last friday and placed a phone order. They said it would be 18 to 25 min before the order... is ready. I got there 30 minutes later. Tell me why my order was not ready and I had to wait an additional 15 minutes for 10wings and fries. Speaking of fries, it came with the least amount of fries I have ever seen. Wingstop is constantly reducing theamount of fries given. Fill the small try up with fries because for 18+ dollars for a 10 piece wing combo, that is what peopleexpect.
