I LOVE JESSICA!!!! shes so amazing i told her that i had a very negative experience with the last workers that work there, and... she deeply apologized and was soooo nice that i even told her i would make a review, she told me that they were under newmanagement and she was so sorry i had a negative experience. Jessica came to work after the kids i had a problem with werefired, once i was standing there for 6 minutes and no one took my order and instead called the person behind me up when i wasclearly in line, and then pretended to not hear me. I went a couple days ago in the morning and the service was amazing! This waba is not the same it used to be. It?s super clean... and the staff is amazing. If I could rate this place a zero star I would!! I have been coming here for years over the few months this place has gone very... down the drain. We keep coming back because it's near our house but this is the last straw for us. First thing I noticed when Iwalked in was the two ladies were not wear uniforms and no hair nets or hats. Then I ordered 3 chicken bowl with only cabbage,broccoli and serrano sauce not that hard. First cook makes them with carrots and teriyaki sauce. So she makes my ordered againand to only give it to someone else behind me. So I'm waiting and they remake my order and give it to me with carrots onceagain. Lady at the register was on her personal phone instead of helping the cook who was in training. I bought it up to herattention and I get disrespect and yelled at for not saying something I guess when she handed it to the other customer. How am Isupposed to tell someone to do there job. She said she didn't have the time to be arguing with me and offered me my money back.I just took the food. All I wanted was my food made correctly. Not to walk out with my money back and no food. They alwaysalways mess up our order. Seems they can't work under pressure. Super understaffed. Needs new management for sure. There was oneguy that just left after waiting to get his order taken. My order was taken at 703pm walked out with the wrong order at 725pm .Really not what you want to go through after working a 10hr shift. I really don't know what has happened to this place. Sorry to say this. Price is expensive for the value. Food came out cold. Rice is undercooked. Crusty tofu. No fountain drinks.... Employees are young kids. Untrained in good customer service. Wait times are long. Food is messed up if modified because thekids who work here can't think under pressure. Super understaffed. Needs new management for sure. Somebody who knows what theyare doing. This place is run down. After ordering 2 Waba bowls, I realized the windows were very dirty, with hands prints all over the... glass doors. The tables were dirty and the floor looked as if hadn't been swept in a week. No fountain drinks either. Aftergetting home, my rice bowls had very few veggies and the rice was not fully cooked and very grainy. I didn't want to return tocomplain because they would have probably gave me more grainy rice (employees clearly don't want to work there) so I just atethe meat and disposed of the rest. The owner has a lot of work to do, I don't know how this place makes money with this type ofquality. Oh and no green onions either, and at almost 10.00 per bowl I expect more than this. Read more

I love Waba. Good food. But this place seems to be falling apart lately. I'm not really sure if this is what you are supposed to... get, but it doesn't seem right. I ordered a side of shrimp to try it. It was 2.29 which is not too bad. Figured it should be afew pieces. I just got 2 pieces of shrimp. I tried to call the store to ask and the phone doesn't even ring and it just hangsup. Read more
