I got a drink on 10/19/2022 at around 11am-12pm. One of the girls handed me my drink without the lid securely on the cup. It's another Starbucks. Last visit we ordered four Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino's through the drive thru and two of them did... not have the cookie crumbles because they ran out. They didn't tell us until after we paid and they made the drinks. Not thatthe drink was bad, but it could have been nicer to have been asked if that is what we still wanted on those two drinks or if wewanted to change them out. Customer service is usually good, but this location never has the full ingredients for refreshers such as fruit for example. If... this location is a franchise, the owner needs to do a better job of making sure the store is fully stocked for service. Read more
It's hit and miss at this location on getting my drink made correctly. Unfortunately my most recent trip my drink was... lacking...as in only half my cup was full of the drink and they put whipped cream in the other half. When I asked why I onlygot half my cup filled with the actually drink the broista first tried to say it's because I get it without ice....first timeIve ever gotten half an order because I don't like ice. Then he tried to tell me that because the drink foams up goes down toonly half a cup...seriously?! Again, this is my go to drink and the first time they've ever filled only half way. Twice now I've gone and asked for no whip cream in advance, can't do dairy, and they put it anyway then attempted to scrape it... off but there was still quiet a bit left behind. I asked for them to fix it and got met with attitude. Staff is hit and miss atthis location. Read more
They made our drinks wrong. Very wrong .. I have to have decafe i made that clear. Very clear .. Nervous system injury . there... was no one else there but us . it took forever to get the wrong order and then they wanted to argue with me over the fact thatmy order was wrong . Oh yeah and our original order they told us they couldn't make 2 of the same drinks because they didn'thave enough.. We came to try the new drink . It was a special trip . I Dont get out much .. very disappointing. My husbandthrew his drink away. It was awful ..he wanted caffeine. He got none . so when I came back to tell them my order was wrong theysaid they could make another... does that even make sense. ??? Our original order was two apple coffees. They told us theycould only make one . So I chose a different drink .. Then they say they can make what they originally said they couldn't.. Late to our apt. 30 mins over trying to get 2 apple coffees So .. I will never go back.. I want to add last time we were therethey gave me the wrong drink.. again it had caffeine !!!! and didn't give me a cover..to hot to carry. I didn't realize it wascaffinated until it was to late !
