Worst drive thru experience. Missing appetizer no napkins or dinner ware, 3 packs of soy sauce for 3 meals no fortune cookie.... Welcome back to dine-in yaaaaay! Love the new remodel. The manager, Mr. J, was very accommodating with a warm welcome smile and... friendly customer service. Honestly... I'm not impressed at all. The last few times I've gone with my family to this location the food is not fresh &... always cold (they got 1 star because at least they are reliably terrible).They are definitely stingy with their food (im goingto guess they figure we dont want that much cold food anyway). & Then theres the "manager", Daniel or Manuel..? PE is my favorite fast food restaurant no competition. I am lucky that i know of four PE?s within my local area, so there is one... close to wherever I happen to be in Victor Valley. My only recommendation is that the servers did a better job coordinating withthe cooks by making fresh refires of dishes before people are actually waiting for them. A little better communication wouldkeep the selections always in stock. Other than that the food is great tasting, reasonably priced, and the staff have goodattitudes. I like the fact that the taste is consistent across all the PE?s. I also like that they try new dishes out forvariety. I have been to their competition and while they may serve you more, the flavor and quality just isn?t there. I willkeep going back! Read more
