I?ve been going here for about a year now. I generally critique the food here oddly enough that it?s primarily a boba shop. But... I will have to say that if you?re looking for RAMEN specifically. I highly recommend this place for their braised pork ramen. Amildly sweet and extremely tender pork with a rich broth which. Their drink are fantastic, fresh brewed with tea leaves and notpowdered based. The staff is courteous, friendly, and inviting. If you?ve been looking for a boba shop, THIS is the place to go. Been here a couple times now, and I am sure I will be back again. Food here is really good (especially the egg roles). Good... selections for drinks, and I am thrilled I can get my boba fix here. Ordered the potstickers and got these. They were dry, barely warm, and tasted horrible. When we took them back the lady said... they were crispy ones? I didn't order crispy ones nor was I asked if I wanted them crispy, the menu says the dumplings have thecrispy option not the potstickers so why I got these I don't know. I thought I'd give them another try because I ordered adumpling soup back in April and it tasted like toilet water and that's what these tasted like. Love the drinks esp with boba, but the food is?.alright. Had the cooked salmon roll. It was mediocre.

First time trying this restaurant and even though I live in Big Bear, I will find reasons to come down just to eat and drink... here. I had the vegetarian chow mein to eat. The noodles were perfectly cooked, flavored just right. The selection of vegetablesmade for a substantial meal. My friends enjoyed the fried rice with shrimp, and a beef soup bowl. I have absolutely fallen in love with our Teahouse here in Apple Valley. It is an absolute hidden gem! The staff is incredibly... friendly and accommodating. My favorite drink is the Brown Tiger Boba Tea. I know everyone has their preference when it comes tothe tenderness of their Boba but as far as I?m concerned the Boba here is perfection. I have also had the strawberry bananasmoothie and it was incredibly fresh. The seasonal Watermelon Slushy is a must try. Not only do I love it but it has been aGodsend for my father who has a terminal illness and often suffers from dehydration. This does not taste artificial in the leastand he can actually get more of this slushy beverage down than water. As far as food the ramen we have tried and miso soup havebeen amazing. My personal favorite is the Veggie Ramen. I have never eaten food inside we have always ordered and picked it up.By the way online ordering system is great! They package their soups incredibly well. I have purchased soups in the past fromother locations placed in styrofoam containers and by the time I get home I have a huge mess. The Teahouse packages their soupto go the best way I have ever experienced. Their packaging containers are excellent, they will hold, and bonus they refrigeratewell. My husband was concerned an order of miso soup wouldn?t fill him up but he was pleasantly surprised. By the way PorkDumplings also get an A+. We can?t wait to try more and highly recommend. I went by today to pick up some lunch as I had heard how delicious everything is. I was not disappointed. I ordered the poki... salad with all salad and no rice and the brown sugar milk tea with boba. Everything is fresh and abundant. I still have enoughfor another meal and I had already eaten as much as I could. There is a lot of seating and it is immaculately clean. First time going and I can see why this place had great reviews. We finally had excellent Raman soup! It was savory, rich with... delicious flavor. My teriyaki bowel was amazing.
