I was at Nick's Pizza before the covid. We paid for all you can eat Pizza and salad bar there 4 different pizzas . We enjoyed... the pizzas along with the other customers. When we went back for seconds, there was a slice or two of pizzas. We ate our foodwent back for more no more pizza They were waiting to put out more pizza till we left. As we were walking out the door. Theywere putting out fresh pizza. Just because a person is fat is no excuse to not keep feeding them all you can eat pizza buffet. They did this to me twice. This, in my opinion, is hands down the best pizza in the high desert. My dad used to take me here when I was in junior high and... it was incredible then. Here I am now, 45 years old, and its still incredible. If you want great tasting pizza this is it. Theatmosphere is great too. Could use some better quarter machines for the kids though. Just sayin. The food was great..! So thats what the one star is for, but it's all about customer service was awful our waiter Tamia looked... like she didn't want to be there, when I ordered my drink she offered a large because the small has no refills. So with thatbeing said she didn't come back once to see if we needed anything and I didn't even get a refill, my husband and son got up toask for jalapeños 3 times and were told to sit back down and wait for our waiter Tamia , which she never came until the thirdtime we got up to ask. There was another family near us and their waiter which also happen to be the manager, went and checkedup on them a few times so we asked for a manager she seemed upset and offered us to go drinks and said she would give a discountand still charged for the jalapeños but. So I have been a fan for years. It’s great pizza but this is the second time recently I’ve been put on hold for more than... twenty minutes. Long enough for me to drive there and order in person. I suggested to the manager that I should get a freesmall order of Nick sticks. The reply was no. Unfortunately it brought back many years ago when an employee of same placecharged me 100.00 dollars for a pizza. When I brought my bank statement in to the owner he said he would look at it. My family & I order out from here a lot & we usually have a great experience but tonight we didn't. And it's sad because we... really enjoy this place. Hubby has been going here since the first location was open. This was my first time. We had the calzone and (medium)cheese... sticks. So so good! Like enough for 2 meals each! My one complaint was the bathroom. It's like all the good pizza smells went inthere to die! Oy. Also the decor is very outdated but reminds me of other chain pizza places when I was a kid. Read more
