Terrible service today. Waited in one of their lines. The other went ten times faster. Finally ordered, paid and got to food... window and was told to go wait for my order in the parking lot line. I ordered a cheeseburger and fries. That's it. All thepeople -some large families- in front of me got their food. People behind me got their food. I got mine 20 minutes later. Had togo in the restaurant to get ketchup and salt. Had to go back in again when I saw they got my order wrong. Finally left with timelost 25 minutes later. Good times. Read more

Be prepared to wait, be careful using the app to order they'll screw it up somehow, ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER HERE, I'd say 8 out... of 10 times they mess up my order. And the food is pretty much ALWAYS COLD, their French fries used to be bomb, now they're,more times than not, burnt, or seem to have been sitting out for what seems like hours. Read more
This is the best McDonalds in the high desert. They are friendly, helpful and patient. The food is always fresh and doesn't... taste like it was under a warmer. The sausage McMuffin was fresh and juicy and they use real eggs. Thank you for being one ofthe only post co id restaurants that care about customer service. Read more
Fairly quick service at the front register. Self-use kiosk I refuse to use unless a discount is applied. Besides, self-use kiosk... is running an antiquated operating system which is vulnerable to hacking. Read more
The foods McDonald's l. The employee's are great. The only issue is every time I go there the only real reason I go to... McDonald's is for a shake. I order thinking my day is a good day. Then when I go to pay they crush my dreams. Because themachine is broke. I would add a picture unfortunately there was nothing to take a picture of. Lol Read more
We don't come here often but when we do it's always a mess and a long wait. It took the person taking our order about 6 times to... correct it. When we got to the window to pick up our food the girl was being rude and was upset because I double checked myorder. We waited in line for just about 45 minutes... 2 happy meals, a chicken nugget meal and a hamburger with mustard. Read more
Always a long line in the drive thru but it goes really fast especially if you use the app to order. I rarely have to wait for... my order. The has been minimal times they didn't get my order correct. The highway 18 McDonald's sucks at that. This place has alot of young people working there so they do a really good job considering that.
