Came yesterday around 630pm. Drive thru was nice howeverr when we go home towards my son digging in his fries he noticed hair... then he moved the frie and it was lint. I called and spoke with Byron and said I can send an email with this pic of these nastyfries with hair and lint in it he said it's ok just bring your receipt and we will remake all your food. I go to McDonald's about once every 5 years. Hoping praying I get hot french fries and a great Big Mac. Neither happened. The employees are friendly and the restaurant is clean for the most part. However, they did not have the mocha that I ordered... and charged me even more for an iced coffee. Went into the lobby at 8:12 pm tonight (Friday) and were told the lobby had closed at 8 and they were only doing drive-thru, but... the lobby was still open. We asked if we could order to go, but we're told no. We left and went down the street to Tom's. Read more
