If I could give zero on everything I would, we order some pizzas on the app my wife n I, after the driver had left the place n... being 25 minutes later and 2 minutes away from the house they cancel our order because with out a proper phone call orexplanation whatsoever, they charge me and they told me to call door dash and door dash said it was cancel because littleCaesars forgot to send a soda of the order my kids were hungry and disappointed, door dash told me to call little Caesars forrefound but they said nothing they could of done.. so I called door dash again and they created a ticket and now I have no pizzaand have to wait 7 to 10 days for money refound... Very very upset they messedup on my order and I tried calling so many times but no answer. The bottom of the pizza was hard and... dry it's just upsetting at this point. Little Ceasars has real good pizza.. The pizza portal is great when ur on the go and keeps everything so nice and toasty for u... until ur ready to pick up. Customer service is great and I LuV tht is so close to home.. Next time ur in ask for ur pizza to beheart attack style.. It's a different experience for ur taste buds for sure. I also LuV tht they expanded their menu over theyears.. So satisfying! Read more
Terrible, I asked for a Thick Crust, and ended up with a Thin Crust. I told the young lady 4 times Thick Crust, I hate thin... crust pizza. I've been a customer for the last 2 years and this wasn't the first time they messed up my order. Read more
Ordering ahead of time online makes it very easy. Getting notified when order is ready and easy to pickup being placed into... warming ovens where you enter your code. Prices are very reasonable during this time of inflation. Read more
Went in and ordered they said about 20 minutes Went back in after 25mins and they gave my order to another customer, so then... had to wait again for another 20mins, things happen I get it. But then they forgot our jalapeño cheese bread didn't want towait again so didn't even bring it up. I think to help with this I'd have more staff during the busy night shifts. Overall foodwas okay.. we had to eat ... but it was Luke warm so I think they gave us the same order that customer took and brought itback... The parking is very limited, but with mobile orders and $5 pizzas you're in and out. On the other hand in a smaller location so... if you're ordering there you might have to stand in a little bit of a line but there are no slower than or quicker than anyother Little Caesars. Considering it's next to a local gas station in a place called The flats since not very many felonies arecommitted there you might see a few homeless people they're usually very polite and don't ask for anything.. - that I've seen (although in desperate need)...they're never a problem. five stars Read more
