I should have known better. Was all excited, couldn't wait to get home to watch my favorite show. Rushed in the house threw off... my coat turned on the tv and opened the box from Little Caesars and BAM!!! Pizza is good hot n ready pizza are always fresh. Staff is nice for the most part good customer service. I've never had any... problems with my order and it's always ready when they tell me it will be ready. My only complaint I that they don't alwaysanswer the phone when I try to call in my order so I won't have to wait so long. That's really the only bad thing I have to sayis they suck at answering the business line. Read more

We got a pizza came home as we checked it the pizza was cardboard hard. We couldn?t feed that to our kids it seem as if the... pizza was sitting there for some time. We called they told us to bring it back so we brought it back and I can tell you this isthe worst customer service I have encountered. They were really rude she said it was going to be 20 minute wait . I saidwhy?,and she said matter a fact it?s going to be 30 minutes. This is really unprofessional and this was the Manager or person incharge and she said if I don?t want to wait I can?t leave and pointed to the door. As I was leaving I asked her what her namewas and if I can get cooperate number and she told me to go get it myself .This is there job I don?t understand why get mad whenbringing a old pizza back I?m not going to let my children eat a old pizza that is rock hard especially because I?m paying forit. This place is usually packed. Your best bet is to order online or atleast ahead of time in person or on the phone. You can... always show up on a whim but you're at the mercy of whatever happens to be extra in the hotbox which severely diminishes thequality and, of course, variety. Be prepared or be patient. I'm unsure if I have written a little review the first time I visited here. It was a good one hahah. Second time visiting here... within a 3 week span and again great customer service! Roberta M. was the employee that had helped take my order. I ordered thedeep dish and made special request for the crazy bread. She made sure it was to my liking by showing me what it looked likebefore bagging it great way to ensure order accuracy. ???????????? Upon entrance I didn't have to wait long before Roberta cameto the counter, quick in the draw and had been very friendly throughout our interaction. I have never ordered over the phone and have always gone in to get my pizza. I have always been treated with respect by a... friendly caring staff. The pizza is good, the service is fast and you can't beat the fair price. The place is clean and wellorganized.
