Very nice and welcoming staff, and I love getting the chili lime mango here! Just wish they had pretzels still!
Unfortunately this location has a bad habit of NOT answering their phones to say , please hold. I had to call 4 times . On other... days it is exactly the same, no matter what time you call. It is very unorganized and I am sad that I?ve had to go other placesover juice it up because they simply don?t answer their phone. Also, it is very disappointing to still show up to the store evenwhen the employees don?t answer their phones? Just to see that they are not even that busy! The drink was not bad, butdefinitely could have been made better. This location lacks consistency with customer service and with how the drinks taste. Itwas also very tense and that environment. Small location next to the Starbucks. Happy and helpful staff and I would have to say much faster service then Starbucks.
I typically haven't had an issue with this place but recently I had a horrible experience. I ordered online and went to the... store shortly after. I kept coming in to see if my bowl was in the freezer, and after thirty minutes I asked where it was. Theysaid they were out of all acai. I just don't understand why the website does not represent what they have in stock. They thentold me they would have to call thea manager to do a return this my card and that it would take two days.
