Once again horrible service , I find it unbelievable that on an order of 60$ they fail to make sure all I terms are inside the... bag, especially when using services like door dash , & this isn?t the first time it?s happened from the same location, must beunder the same manager & same team that simply do not care nor respect other peoples money . To make matters worse the itemsthat were received were visibly old & could tell the chicken had been Fried earlier in the day and then re fried at the time ofpurchase. & the phone number listed is not a working number , it?s obvious they are either willingly stealing the items andgetting away with it since the number doesn?t connect. Horrible team . Employees are aware of what they are doing seeing as theyhand out a reprinted receipt which doesn?t give you the access code to leave a review on their website! Read more

I'm giving 3 stars because most of the time when I go the food is fresh and good. I went today, 07-12-22 around 1pm and the crew... working is not doing a great job. I got 3 Jr jacks and 8 tacos. The tacos were coated with grease and soggy from sitting in thewarmer too long; which is unacceptable as making tacos takes about 3 minutes depending on the number. I would know as I was ashift lead for this company circa 2019. The jr. Jack patties also were sitting in a warmer past the holding time. They weredried out. Read more
Jack in the box lost me for good. They missed up my order .didn't get what I wanted.they gave me nasty old burn fries.went back... to tell them I got sick and look at the fries they didn't care. The one who take my order had attitude and said what he didwrong and just write him up smiling.i guess he doesn't care about his work or what happen to him or the health of the one payinghis check us the customers.my burgers were not cook right and the fries were like if they got them out the trash.will never comeback to this jack in the box.dont eat here ur get sick.june 22.2022 the manager was to busy on the phone to not care about mewas a customer.the worse customer service. I stopped at this location around 11:45pm and ordered a bacon double sourdough patty melt (advertised on the menu at drive thru... for $7.49) and the sourdough jack. Just the burgers no combo. I asked what the price for the patty melt was and she told me$7.30. Really!?! For just the burger!! And of I do the math I get fries and a drink for 20 cents more. At the window I askedagain and she told me the combo was $8 and change but just the patty melt by itself cost $7.30. How is that possible when themenu literally has the combo price for $7.49. Then when I get home I open the 2 boxes and the patty melt wasn't even melted!What the picture shows(to the left) is 3 little peices of onion and there isn't bacon to be found on it! From jack in the box tohome is 5 min. Both sandwiches cold. I don't go out of my way to write all of this unless I was really bothered by the wholeexperience. Next time I'll go elsewhere!! Read more
I used to go here every morning for breakfast. But haven't been in a while. I gave it a one star because my chicken strips where... over cook. And my chicken pita looked disgusting. So I got a call about the survey I did online. the manager sounded mad anddidn't offer any help. she just told me next time to go and get my order remade. Didn't offer a replacement meal or anything. Sothere's a notice on my post of jack in the boxs saying to contact them about my post of the picture. But when I did I can't evenleave my feedback or any of my information. So the link is useless.
