They were quick to get food to us. Place is always clean. And servers were friendly.
First they didn't take my first order if I realized I didn't have my salad my wife would not have food. Then the chicken was far... from fresh. At one point you as a manager, supervisor or person in charge should know when a chicken is to old or reheated toomany times to give out. Very poor decision making. It was not even edible. Tired of just getting the right. Ask for fried Serranos now you can't have them fried tliterally have had them dozens upon... dozens of time. Ask for extra dressing again have to go through the bag no it's not here asked if the chicken is not dry have toopen up the salad and see if it is for 10 bucks a salad getting a little ridiculous. Had not been in awhile .. and I regret that .. I had two 2 piece combos with 4 different sides .. Chicken was really good ..... although the pieces of chicken could have been bigger .. but the sides were REALLY good .. Best coleslaw I've had in a longtime .. and the corn is so good ..???? Read more

Very nicely cooked chicken. I've only been here once, so I can't speak to consistency yet, but I've been to quite a few EPL... locations and the chicken is often dry and burned. I must say that this chicken was really great, and I will certainly be backfor another round! Would recommend. Read more
