Best location in the desert hands down the employees here are upbeat fantastic attitudes they're very inviting warm always have... something to talk about or participate in whatever you may bring up to talk about they're just very good at customer service &their double torture at this Apple Valley location is fantastic I had ordered the SE at the Victorville location on Hook Blvd.But I was not impressed the employees seemed a little shy & not as inviting & the double torture was definitely more liketorture it was very strong espresso taste. Been going since they first opened and always loved it. Great employees really friendly and coffee was great too. Recently... however, the coffee has been no where near as good as they raised prices. You shouldn't raise prices as quality of your productgoes down. Staff still is friendly and nice. Read more
The coffee overall is pretty good and rivals any of the major Java huts around the nation. That said, the prices aren't great... and service is hit and miss due to the fact that they tend to hire High School kids or just graduated kids whom find it moreinteresting to gab and gossip then they do to keep the line moving and deliver fast service. The other issue with this place isthey have a dual line drive-thru that funnels into one lane and normally just a single order taking individual bouncing betweenboth lanes. The problem is they don't pay attention to who pulls up when and will often skip over you to someone who just pulledup in the other lane even if you'd been waiting a considerable amount of time due to their constant gabbing. The lines are always long. Today there was only 1 person taking orders and 2-3 barristas. The cost is higher than you expect... for a cup of custom coffee. Even so, the staff are wonderfully delightful, pleasant and cheerful. The product is deliciousand portions larger than expected. There is nothing they can be done for the physical environment. It is in a strip mall,facing a busy street. I will go back again, but Dutch Bros. Coffee is a treat, not a regular for my budget. Read more
