This place just keeps getting worse over time! Today they handed me my food but thankfully I looked through the bag bc they... forgot 2 different items! Then, I opened my burrito and it was made wrong and had 4 pounds of cheese on it. Jeez, this place isa joke. Oh and I had to get their attention a third time because I asked for sauces which they never gave me either. This is nowthe third time in a row they messed up. Don't worry, I won't be coming back. Bare in mind... this is for a Del Taco, not a fancy restaurant. So its really more 4/10 then 4/5. But for what it is, its a... really good del taco. Clean, well staffed, and they don't go chintzy on the toppings. Read more
Just went here & I'm very disappointed with how they gave me my food. My fries were cold and tasted old. They sprinkled salt on... them for flavor. You can definitely tell they were a few days old. I'm not one to complain, but this was just nasty anddisappointing. My chicken soft taco was also cold. I could not enjoy my food at all. Read more
This location does pretty well for service. Apparently, if they have a sign up to promote an item on their menu, it doesn't mean... that they have it. I found that out by ordering the purple pear popper, as there was a sign for it next to the speaker box, onlyto be informed that they no longer carry it. Read more
Worst I had them remake my order and still they slapped the food together. first toppings meat, cheese, lettuce not in the... tortilla. No tomatoes order the new stuffed quesadilla taco because I ordered one for lunch earlier at the del taco on bearvalley and I Ave was really good, but this restaurant make not ever want to go there again. Never again will I go there foranything I will drive to the bear valley location or Navajo location. Total of 12 messed up tacos and the manager gonna say wecan remake them you just remade it and no difference. Not toasted at all. They are quesadilla tacos they suppose to be toasted.YES give me my money back. Remade the tacos at home and did not have enough meat as I told them nor lettuce. Waste of time atthat place. Worst Del Taco in the desert. Food is consistently not hot, small size and made poorly. Literally drive to any other Del if you... can. UPDATE so corporate sent me a coupon to try this place again and again not hot, small size (compared to all other dels)and this time dirty with a wet tray and crud as seen in the pic. Avoid here. Drove by for a quick meal. Tried out the tamale meal. Comes with 2 tamales, red and green sauce with fries and a drink. Don't... come at me, but they were actually really good! Like better than some señoras tamales I've tried before. They weren't dry andfilled up with flavorful meat. Lady at the window was very nice she greeted me with a beautiful smile and they handed me my foodpretty quickly. Read more
