I come here 2-3x a week and always get the same thing. Beyond burger combo with patty well done, with no issues. Today I ordered... the beyond burger combo with 2 extra large fries for a total of x3 fries. I got my order not even 30 Secons later I realize theyonly put 2 fries inside, I'm missing 1. I go inside and immediately i'm accused of stealing one of the large fries. "I put itinside." She said. Like what? Accusing me of stealing a $3 fries?? Felt embarrassed and angered. Learn to count or check thecameras and see how many you actually put in the bag before you make accusations. Absolutely pathetic. Read more
They have always had fast service whether drive thru or take out and the burgers always look nice like they made it with care.
The food is alright. The staff are friendly. But the real reason we come here is because they have Jurassic Park T. Rex head... french fry grabbers. Read more
Of all the Carl's Jr's I have been to, which is a lot as I'm a truck driver, you can tell that this place actually puts the... extra effort to make sure the food is cooked properly and is consistent with their service. It is much appreciated considering Ilive about 45mins from this location and usually pick up on the way home from work. Read more
