Reviews for Starbucks in Apopka, FL

This is absolutely the worst Starbucks in Orlando area. I came in with my kid and ordered one drink, they had to make at least... 30 drinks for pick up, that nobody was picking up and they were just standing there getting cold while I'm waiting for like 20min for mine. They have very wrong priorities, not to even mention drive thru that is so unsafe bcs its creating chaos on ESBlvd and then you wait 30min so that sb would tell you: Hey, we actually don't have pink drink. But even if you don't wantanything else except pink drink you have to keep waiting in the line, bcs drive thru is made the way that once you're there, youare stuck. I don't understand why people who come inside aren't priority as this is what coffee shops are for, everything elseis just additional? Horribly managed, the worst Starbucks ever. Read more

This location makes me sick. Always closing the lobby or closing the restaurant altogether. They keep on mobile ordering yet... when u park there?s a sign on the door that the lobby is closed. There?s no way I?m waiting in a line 20+ cars long to pick upan order I already paid for and ordered way ahead. RIDICULOUS! I?d rather drive out of way to another location than keepbothering with this one. Oh & not to mention they always put way too much creamer. Literally drinking dairy instead of actualcoffee. Really bad experience with there drive through at approximately 3 in the afternoon. They made three drinks incorrectly lemonade... was not added to one of the drinks. Raspberry syrup was not added to the other two drinks. I had to go inside and this guy endedup mocking me on my way out. Will not return or recommend this location to anyone. When you pay to have something in your drinkit should be added. Read more

It?s always packed here, but the service is consistently good! Every time I go, the baristas are ready to chat it up and have a... conversation. It?s nice that the Starbucks closest to me is one I enjoy going to. Read more

This location randomly and without visible signage apparently does not accept in person, at-the-counter orders. So you can wait... several minutes before an employee acknowledges you to tell you to leave the inside. And the drive thru traffic snakes aroundthe parking lot creating chaos, unsafe driving conditions, and long-idling cars (?? extra CO2). Read more

I waited for 30 mins in the drive through line. All to find out they ran out of Matcha. I told the lady that there is a line all... the way out to the street and that they should put a sign up so people will not have to wait 39 mins getting stuck in drive. Shewas extremely dismissive and rude. She told me that's some thing I would have to call corporate for. I told her it shouldn't betoo much to right that on a piece if paper as stick on the menu bored. She was very rude and refuse to put up a sign. Didn'tgive a dam about me or the other people in line. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. It hurts me to know people can just treat you any kind ofway and get away with it. Read more

I do mobile orders at the Bear Lake location at least 3 times a month. For the past several times, the bacon Gouda sandwich was... cold and inedible. The last time I went I politely told the lady about how I keep getting cold sandwiches. She said that you cancustomize on the app to request open faced cooking to ensure its heated thoroughly. This is not true. You cannot request thisvia mobile ordering. Today my sandwich was cold yet again and they also forgot an item in my order. I couldn?t turn around as Ihad to be at work. When you call the location, the phone rings off the hook so you can?t talk to any live person. Today I paidalmost $10 for food that I either didn?t receive or was inedible. The only reason I?m taking the time to write a review isbecause no one will answer the phone to address my issues. Read more

I placed a pick-up order in the app before I arrived so that I could run in quickly on my way to an appointment and grab the... coffee and go. The app allowed me to do a pick up order. When I arrived, parked and walked to the door, there were signs thatthe lobby was closed and only drive-thru. I get that because workers are limited but pick up needs to be temporarily suspendedin the app when they do that. While I was trying to go inside, cars pulled up with full orders and I had to wait behind them forsomething I had already ordered and paid for. Read more
