The were very slow , told us our chicken would be ready in 10mins 30mins went by, still no chicken. They were more concerned... with the drive thru not the inside of the store. At this time we told them we just want our money back. They said it was coming up . So we went ahead got the food . Only to see it was only breast. We got a 12 piece mixed. Very poor service. Food was perfect. They were out of lemonade (syrup) which was disappointing and the audio on the orderbox was awful with... background noise. Had a very hard time hearing the employee. But the main thing to remember, the food was great. Read more
10/10 friendly staff. 10/10 long waits. 2/10 I'd get what I'd requested. There's not enough workers to have walk ins and drive... thru service available simultaneously. I don't go and complain, because they just throw the food away and I don't believe inwasting either. So I just pray, and eat it. I am very disappointed with the way I felt tonight ordering from this location I have ordered from this location for the last 10... years I am a regular I come in about once or twice a week if not more I come in and I order and they're register girl namejulissa I believe that was her name she treated me very poorly I had asked for my drinks and she just kind of rolled her eyesshe was not very friendly at all and had no personality I almost feel as if a white female walking in she judged me right fromthe start as if the next person behind me was a colored person and she treated her with the most up respect as I'm leaving nowI'm writing this review because it really honestly hurts my feelings that because I am Caucasian they automatically think thatthey can disrespect us as if I was a person of color I would have gotten more respect I don't understand this because I havenever felt or been treated like this ordering from this location I even took her $5 because I figured that the next time aCaucasian person walks in she might think twice of how she treats them I'm not the type to sit here and write bad reviews buttonight has gotten me very angry. Terrible service. Getting order taken via drive through is like getting rushed into an order. There's no hospitality and the... girl at the window seemed like she didn't want to be there. They immediately parked myself and couple of others after being openmaybe 20 to 30 minutes. I wasn't even offered my drink while I waited. Thoroughly disappointing experience. Read more
This popeyes went above and beyond to correct a mistake. We were missing several sides when we got home and called them about... it. We live more than 30 minutes away so the manager wrote down our name and order number. We came back a few days later andthey gave us our complete order for free.
