Horrible customer service. Had me waiting over 15 minutes for my food in the drive thru. Got my food my spicy chicken sandwich... was a mess the sauce was all over the bags and even napkins. Currently 11:59 just waiting almost probably 25 to 30 mins, all I just ordered on 3 sandwiches, some fries and nuggets. All... super simple and easy thing, nothing crazy, kept seeing what looked like a Manger chilling out doing nothing, lot asking if Iwould be okay waiting, or they need to cook up something. I had breakfast with my sister after our appointments, breakfast was great we had the McDonald's big breakfast with hotcakes,... biscuits, hot sausages, eggs, hash browns, cup a tea ???? and Cup of ? coffee butter and maple syrup everything was hot anddelicious we sat in our car and had breakfast. Honestly, the staff seems nice and all but there is no team work in this store… management were chatting on the back while... clients were pilling up at front… no fry person… makes them take longer on order closures… they had this one nice girldoing front register, expo for front and drive through and partially fry station ????… And the manager walking around?????????????????????????????????
