I?ve ordered from here many times before, however I cannot believe how bad it has been the past few times. I don?t know what is... going on with this business but this last time around, I ordered a regular thin crust pizza and they deliver the wrong one. Ihave to add that the girl who answered the phone was super miserable, which says a lot because the employees act according tothe managers. She was barely listening to my order, which is why the order was wrong in the first place. I had to callback andplace a reorder since it was completely wrong, it was even wrong in their system when she rang it up? only for them to not onlythe first time around send it through door dash, but do the same thing around, even though they offer a delivery? Because theydid that DoorDash delivered my pizza an additional two hours late on top of the additional hour I already had a wait for adelivery. I ordered the correct order of pizza at 9:30 PM and I received it 11:30 PM. I don?t believe that a business should behiring door Dashers or Uber eats under the guise of delivery. It is a total cheat on the system because yo I are not allowed toleave the Dashers or Uber eats a tip option. SHAME on hungry Howie?s Apollo Beach to work on the backs of working Americans tomake a quick dollar without offering them any type of compensation in tips. Read more
I ordered a chicken calzone which was okay just a little too salty for my liking. Thank goodness I got it to go, the amount of... flies in the store would have made it impossible for me to sit down and relax. Ordered at drive-thru window. Was told 2 park it would b about 1/2hr. After almost 45 mins,I returned 2 window n asked about my... order. Girl had 4gotten about it!! She quickly brought it to the window,was very apologetic. Gave me a 2 liter of soda 4 theimposition. That was nice! Food was great! Although I did have 2 heat it up when I got home. Still good!!
