I normally go to Dunkin since it?s on my way to work in the morning, I?ve had little things that has happened and have been... taking care of,but it?s not about the money or trying to get anything free I?m the person that doesn?t like to complain but thismorning I ordered small coffee and snackin bacon the coffee tasted like if creamer was spoiled I even had a coworker smell it soyes it was just me Had to dump it out and throw out snackin bacon out they been cold and didn?t even taste the same. If I could give zero stars, I would. We placed a mobile order for pick up inside. On our way there, I received a notification... that someone picked up my order. The employees did not offer a refund and they offered to make our order again, but said itwould take 30 minutes. This should have been a priority since the employees messed up by not checking to see who picked up whatorder. There were around 10 employees and more than half were joking around and laughing, not working. I hope whoever stole ourfood chokes on it. Read more
This location has slowly gone downhill. They use to be great friendly and quick service. I just went today at 220pm and it took... almost 25 mins for me to get my mobile order. The workers were also very unprofessional. They were joking and laughing when youreach the order speaker then still fooling around when you get the the window to give you the order. With a line of peoplewaiting they could care less to actually get orders out. Just sad. I know now to go to another location. Read more
Never going to this location again. Everything I go to this location it an adventure. To start, 1 car was already at the pick-up... window when I pulled up to order. Waited 5 minutes for someone to take my order of 2 iced coffees. This location seems to havevery slow service after 2 pm. The young guy at the pick-up window hands me a totally different coffee than what I ordered. Thenthey don't know what I ordered. After repeating my my order 3 times we finally get our iced coffees. Start to pull out and tastethe very watered-down iced coffees. Pulled into a parking space, go inside and got our money back. Complained to the managerabout the watered down coffees and she had an attitude like, "oh well". Stay away from this Dunking location. They are very slowand inconsistent . I just want to thank the young man who made my online order that wasn't ready when I arrived. Also I thank him because I... thought I had a coffee with my order but I didn't, but he made the coffee and paid for it. Wowww, now that's awesome customerservice/support ????????????????. Don?t waste your time or money. After a long trip decided to stop and get a hot coffee, first time going through noticed the car... in Front of my had to honk to make the staff realize he was still waiting on his order. Then (ordered a hot macchiato) theyhanded me an ice cold macchiato. Went back through and told them, acted like they didn?t notice, you would think when a customerorders a got coffee you would have enough common sense to realize it might be cold if the cup is. Ordered donuts as well, staleand dry. Also smelt like rotten milk at the drive through window. Will remind myself to not ever stop here again. Read more

I am changing my original rating from 5 stars to 2 stars. The reason being that the past two times I have been to this store,... they completely screwed up my drink order. I order the same thing every time during the fall season: Large pumpkin sweet cremecold brew. It is cold brew with a brown sugar syrup topped with pumpkin sweet creme & whatever they sprinkle on top. The lasttwo times I have been handed a pumpkin spice iced latte and have had to have them remake my drink. The first time, they werevery polite and remade it the correct way. This time, they had an attitude with me and still remade it incorrectly. They put thecold brew coffee and the pumpkin creme and that was it. I am over it. I really try not to leave bad reviews, but this isridiculous. It isn't that difficult to make a drink the correct way. I didn't make any special insane requests. They want$15/hour but they don't want to pay attention and do their jobs correctly. I will not be back to this location unless somethingchanges. Read more
