The BOGO is great but the prices have exploded! My "specialty" rolls were $21.95/roll and tiny to be completely honest. My lunch... date's rolls were $20.95/roll and at least much bigger. I appreciate their colorful menu with the pictures of the sushi rolls.I'd love to try more but even with BOGO, I'm priced out. Lunch cost me $28 with tip and that's without a drink. I get that foodprices have gone up, but this is one of the most expensive in the area! Worth it? Eh, they do have some unique rolls, but notsure I'll be visiting very much at all. Read more
Bright open restaurant with friendly welcoming staff and a huge menu. The thing I loved the most is that there is a second menu... that has pictures of the entire menu. That is a game changer. The General Tso's Chicken was slightly spicy, amazing flavor andwas more than I could eat in one sitting. Delightful experience here from the establishment, food and staff. Read more
Love Sushi Iwa and miss living in Apex where it was a staple on our rotation. Always have great service, the BOGO sushi is... awesome and appreciate having online ordering for easy takeout. Wish they would expand to Fuquay where we live now! Read more
My expectations were very low when ordering online from sushi iwa, seeing as the price was so low and the nigiris and rolls were... buy one get one. I have to say I was blown away! The quality isn't A-teir sushi, but for like 38$ I got 12 (generous) peices ofnigiri, 10 (very generously portioned) sashimi, 2 rolls and a spicy tuna handroll, as well as miso soup. The quality was SO muchbetter than I was anticipating and it's safe to say I have found the perfect place for when my late night sushi craving hits.And this was just a takeout order. Their BOGO (buy one get one free) is a perfect deal for sushi rolls too ???????? habachi is amust try! All the portions are SO LARGE! They also have excellent take out service as well!!!
