You walk in the door and are immediately met with the mouthwatering smell of their bread baking. Brings back memories of the... first time I ate at a Schlotzky?s in Springfield, MO back in the early 80?s. The service at this Apex location is fast andfriendly and the sandwiches are delicious. Really looks much better after the remodeling. They also extended their hours to 8pm now which is helpful for me to get here for... dinner. This has been our default place on Thursday nights when they had the kids eat free offer. Now my son is not a kid anymore, but I still bring him back here from time to time. Hopefully they would bring the tea maker back, not just a fountainmachine. Read more
