Not sure if they were just having a bad day? New employee? I do see good reviews here but my Carne asada taco was 100%fat and... unidentified white pieces that had the consistency of rubber. So good!! I asked around about where to get the best tacos in the area and several people recommended Paco's. I got 3 tacos for... just under $10: chorizo, fish, & barbacoa. Chorizo had good spice and no gristly bits. Fish was fresh and tasty (grilled, notfried) topped with nice guac. Barbacoa was my favorite, probably the most tender meat I've ever had. Horrible. 32 minues I waited for them to make 4 tacos and 2 tostadas. They told me 10 minutes when I ordered the food. I asked... twice where my order was? Just told me 2 more minutes each time. I'm a taco lover and when I travel, the first thing I look for are taquerias near me. I must say, I was pleasantly surprised to... find a local taco truck selling tacos that were up there with one of the best tacos I've ever eaten so far.
