The first 2-3 times pasta was great, bread was yum, pizza was okayish. The last order from here was a different experience.... Bread was undercooked, pasta was half the normal qty, the other pasta was just okayish. Not sure what was going on thatparticular day but this shows inconsistent quality. Read more
Giving one star because they don?t allow the option for none. I love Namolis, eat there a few times a month. The food is... delicious and reasonably priced but tonight left a very bad taste in my mouth the say the least. We called in and ordered ourfood for pick up at 5:40 PM. They told us that they were not selling individual slices of pizza. Ok, understandable it?sSaturday night no big deal. We ordered 2 hot subs with fries and an order of garlic knots. She told us over the phone it wouldbe about 45-50 minutes until it was finished. Again, no big deal it?s Saturday night they?re most likely busy. She got off thephone saying our order was in the kitchen. After arriving to pick up our food after 1 hour, it still wasn?t finished and thegirl at the desk said it would be a few more minutes. After waiting an additional 30 minutes and still no food, we went to thecashier and just asked for our money back. They said they cannot do that. The boy working behind the counter used the excusethat they were closing in 2 hours, although we ordered our food over an hour ago. 4 other customers came in and ordered theirfood at the counter and received it before ours had come out. Upon arriving home, both subs were cold, one was missing all thetoppings and only had 5 French fries on the side. The garlic knots were just biscuits with no garlic. I understand the foodindustry and that mistakes can happen but the customer service tonight was not up to the standard it usually is. Extremelydisappointed. Read more
Take out order... I got cheese and pepperoni Sicilian which turned out to act be deep dish. Mozzarella stick were obviously... frozen and so over cooked it was just breading. Would have been better off going to get digiorno from the store. At least Iwould have actually tasted the whole pizza not just chew bread and only taste sauce. Read more
I rarely give 5 stars but I am today because 1. The pizza was very good. 2. They are SO affordable. Walking in it looks like... they're going out of business but that's not the case. Read more
