Premium-feel yet homey coffee shop / smoothie / light meal place in apex downtown. Some customers I see work here like it's a... coffee shop, others dine in for riffs on avocado toast, varied kinds of paninis, smoothies or acai bowls. Staff were pleasant tospeak with and offered recommendations and comparisons. Menu has solid enough variety to play their hits. Also, not that Inormally check for this, but bathrooms have always seemed clean and everything again seemed sanitary (addressing other reviews Isee). Will return! Read more

My cousin from LA was in town and wanted to take her out to a cool coffee shop in the area. Honestly, I had never been here but... heard it was good. We both loved the atmosphere and the coffee was great. My cousin got a Acai bowl which she said wasdelicious. She has now gone back to LA but I still plan on stopping by when I am in town! Read more

This place is unreal! The bowls are huge and full of fresh fruit. Coffee is great and is my go to coffee shop to work at when... I?m not in the office or have a breakfast meeting. This is easily the best coffee in apex. Read more

Holy cow. This is the go to spot for breakfast or lunch right here. I drive 25 minutes just to have breakfast here. The açaí... bowl is so. freaking. good!!! The Nutella açaí bowl is so delicious. Huge portions. Lots of fresh fruit. I love that it?sreally cold too. Paninis I?m not even kidding are some of the best sandwiches I?ve ever had. You gotta give this place a try! Read more

Definitely one of my favorite coffee places in Downtown Apex (and far better coffee / food than the place across from it). Good... place to meet for a quick breakfast or coffee with friends. Has outdoor seating and also some cute indoor seating, which isactually pretty nice for the Downtown area. Read more

I'd never been here before last week and now I've been here twice lol! This is a cool little spot right in the middle of... downtown Apex. Both times I've been here have been on Sundays. It was easy to find a parking spot on the street both times. Icame here last week because Google told me they had smoothies. When I looked at their menu, I was delighted to see they soserve Açaí! That's a win/win for me! The place itself is small, but there are plenty of seats inside as well as outside. They have a shop on the side that offers shirts, and other sundries. I ordered the PB and Jammin as well as the Conquer the Daysmoothie. Both were fantastic! My son tried a bowl for the first time and he loved it! The bowls are pricey, but the portionsare big. They fill the bowls up past the top, so I feel like you definitely get your moneys worth. All the staff members I metso far were great! I definitely recommend giving this place a try! Read more

Always hopping. You either have to come in early or prepare to wait. Today was 25 min so bring a book or sit outside to people... watch . Btw, i highly recommend the tomato avocado toast. The minced garlic with the balsamic is a good combo. Topped it withhardboiled egg and it's a great after workout grub. Read more

Cute little cafe and bistro in downtown Apex! We got coffees and an avocado toast - the avocado toast is a crazy value, $10 for... 2 slices of bread and a thick layer of smashed avocado. The shop is very cute and is a nice location to grab a bite or do someremote work. Only three stars because WOW there's some bad hygiene practices happening. We watched 2 employees walk in the backdoor and immediately come in behind the counter and start working - no hand washing at all. One of them used the point of sale, which was being used by other baristas who were also making drinks and food. The other employee was making lots of fooditems. Additionally, the employee making food only switched gloves once or twice between multiple orders and touched her facemultiple times while preparing orders. It also seems like one of the hot coffee carafes is weirdly close to the floor. It's notON the floor? But it's on a lower level of a stainless steel table, meaning your coffee cup is about 3 inches off the ground(and the carafe spout is about 6 inches off the ground!) when it is being filled. It doesn't seem like a great practice. Eventhough the drinks are good and the food is a good value, poor hygiene practice is enough for me to not visit again. Read more
