Placed a mobile order. There was a long line for drive thru so I came in the store to pickup instead. The pickup process was... easy and seamless. It was being prepared as I entered the McDonalds. However the french fries was already soggy (maybe it wasold french fries) and also under-seasoned (didn?t taste like it was properly or evenly salted). Food was fresh. Yet the real 5 star reason was the guy in the 2nd window. He was probably the best fast food worker I've come... across as far as customer service.
