The sandwiches are delicious BUT, I was very disappointed to arrive at 8:40 p.m. to find the door locked, lights off and... employees inside.They advertise that this location closes at 9:00 p.m. The manager/owner should advertise that they close at8:30 OR remain open until 9:00 p.m. This has happened on more than one occasion. Generally this place is good but unfortunately if you order online it's hit or miss. Lately I find myself standing in line with... everyone else and getting the food 15-20 minutes later than when I ordered it. Today we ordered 30 minutes ahead of timeonline, showed up late to pick up according to the app and still waited another 15-20 minutes while they made sandwiches forpeople just walking in. Above and Beyond service. I placed a delivery order via the mobile app. Order was to be delivered by DoorDash. The order never... showed up, even after an alert from DoorDash that my order was on the way AND delivered. I reached out to Jersey Mike's whoremembered the order - and it was a basic order. They quickly offered to remake the order, I would just need to pick it up asthey didn't have access to the delivery agent. Once I arrived at the restaurant, the staff were very apologetic for myinconvenience. They quickly remade the order and I was on my way.Even as walking out the door, apologies were forthcoming -apologies for something they had no control over. Normally great staff and quality subs, but latest time I sent someone in to get a sub Mike's Way and worker said that does not... include onions. It does though so now I have a sub without onions. Just put a sign up with what Mike's way means so bothcustomers and employees know. Read more
Great staff, solid fare. Came here with my daughter to grab a quick bite. It was bumping but the staff kept it going fast. Had... a great experience getting sandwich made to order/dining. Read more
Made pickup order. Arrived at selected pickup time, sandwich wasn't ready. Watched a couple of lines worth of people go through... and get their sandwiches from the counter. Told the cashier I was waiting for my pickup order and gave them my name. Sat downand watched a few more lines go through. Still no order. Went back in, gave my name again, waited, still no order. Eventuallyhad to stand in line myself to get the people behind the counter to make my sandwiches. All told the process took about a halfhour, when it was supposed to take fifteen seconds. And then when I got home, they really weren't as delicious as I washoping. Next time I'm going somewhere else. It's a lot easier to get sandwiches from Jimmy John's, Firehouse Subs or Subway.
