The sandwiches are delicious BUT, I was very disappointed to arrive at 8:40 p.m. to find the door locked, lights off and... employees inside.They advertise that this location closes at 9:00 p.m. The manager/owner should advertise that they close at8:30 OR remain open until 9:00 p.m. This has happened on more than one occasion. Generally this place is good but unfortunately if you order online it's hit or miss. Lately I find myself standing in line with... everyone else and getting the food 15-20 minutes later than when I ordered it. Today we ordered 30 minutes ahead of timeonline, showed up late to pick up according to the app and still waited another 15-20 minutes while they made sandwiches forpeople just walking in. Above and Beyond service. I placed a delivery order via the mobile app. Order was to be delivered by DoorDash. The order never... showed up, even after an alert from DoorDash that my order was on the way AND delivered. I reached out to Jersey Mike's whoremembered the order - and it was a basic order. They quickly offered to remake the order, I would just need to pick it up asthey didn't have access to the delivery agent. Once I arrived at the restaurant, the staff were very apologetic for myinconvenience. They quickly remade the order and I was on my way.Even as walking out the door, apologies were forthcoming -apologies for something they had no control over.
