You should really hire more people and pay a decent rate so they stay. Multiple times I get there and the 1 person running the... whole store hasn't start my food yet since is ONE person running the whole store. Wish I had read the reviews here before ordering. Quoted delivery time was 27-37 minutes, after over an hour I tried to call for... an update with no answer. Nearly two hours later the order was cancelled with no reason given. I get businesses are understaffedbut the things that make a business work are Service, Communication, and Quality. Apparently this store doesn?t have any ofthose attributes. -To the owner/manager/whoever please don?t copy and paste the same BS response I?ve seen on so many othercomplaints in this review section. Ordered a pizza from them late June, it was delivered to the wrong house and I never got it. Totally fine, mistakes happen and... it was dark. I have yet to receive a refund weeks later. the one star here is solely due to the fact that I felt bad for the employees working today. I made an online order around 5:40... called the store multiple times after 6:30 to try to get an update, finally got through about 7:30. when the employee simplysaid they did not have a driver and the order had not been started and asked if i could come in to pick up. I did. The store wasfull of people who had the same issue of a delivery order just not getting done, This is a management problem, not the twoemployees in the store, Something needs to be done, whatever you do, order your pizza elsewhere. I have no doubt my pizza wouldhave never been delivered and I would have paid for an order and delivery fee. Read more

Not giving the store itself 5 stars but I?m giving 5 stars to Stephanie! So many places closed for to the weather. Stephanie... filled a huge order for local hospital. When I arrived to pick it up she was very courteous and running around handlingeverything. I asked her where her help was and she kept simply stated ?it?s me?. Kudos for all you did to fill our order alongwith another very large order that day. And to add, the pizza was cooked to perfection and on time!! My question though, whereare the owners? Read more
