My husband and I visited this store on Sunday. We are frequent customers because the ice cream is fantastic! However, I had to... write a review because but we had an exceptionally good experience this past weekend! There was a young man working (probablyearly high school) sweeping the entrance. He had exceptional customer service! He greeted us and every single person that walkedin. He seemed genuinely happy to be there. He overheard me asking about flavors and gave a great recommendation on the peanutbutter Oreo flavor. I wanted to just shout out your phenomenal ice cream and workers! We had the pleasure of having Bruster's Ice Cream truck at our wedding, and it was amazing!! The Bruster's team was so kind and... helpful through our entire wedding planning process. They were flexible with our flavor selection, and were gracious enough toeven let us come in to taste some flavors since we live out of town. The ice cream was super flavorful and creamy, came in hugescoops, and the Indian flavors were out of this world delicious. This was certainly a crowd favorite, as our guests let us know.My family in town loves Bruster's and we'll continue to be return customers for sure. Love this place. Slight changes in the menu each weekday to maintain variety. Tiramisu is my favorite but sadly it's not a... regular menu item. They have ~4 indian flavors like rajbhog, paan, seetaphal etc. as well. Read more
Great flavors and varieties. We visited with family and ordered Paan and Sitafal also kids chocolate flavors. None of those... flavors disappointed. Infact we packed and brought some them home specially pan ans sitafal flavors. This is definitelyenjoyable ice cream dessert place for kids and adults. Might find short space for sitting but parking in front is pretty muchempty, so eat on a truck or in a car. The rates are reasonable. Read more
