We were welcomed by the new management and seated. Our server took our order and we then waited almost an hour to get our... breakfast. Our server walked by several times complaining about not having enough help and how the kitchen was having issues.This attitude does not encourage return business. The food was fine but hopefully they will get there issues resolved. We may goback in 4 or 5 weeks to see if they have improved their service. Response. The server had allot of holes her jeans. Last night we stopped in for a nightcap. As we came in at least three waitresses, including one whom I believe is the owner, saw... us sit down. We waited several minutes as they waited on other tables, I finally snagged the one I think is the owner and askedif we could get some drinks. I don't remember if she acknowledge us or not. A few more minutes passed and another wiatress wentover to another table. One of the patrons at that table pointed to us and apparently told the waitress we needed to be served.She left, A few more minutes went by and when she came back she apologized for the wait and took our order. A few more minuteswent by when still another waitress brought us our drinks. Mine was not correct but it was close enough. The owner never cameback to our table to see if we needed anything else. In fact, she made a point of snubbing us the rest of the evening. We areresidents. We are the folks who support our local businesses after the snowbirds leave. If you want people (locals, snowbirds,etc.) to support your business you must understand that you are in the service industry. It pays in the long run to make certainyour customers are taken care of. When our waitress returned to our table she apologized again. We asked for our bill, gave hera tip and thanked her. We are not sure we will be back and will of course tell our friends, snowbirds and locals, about ourexperience. There are other bars we can take our money to. We knew the last owners well. We were there nearly every day foreither breakfast or lunch. We are seeing the same mistakes being made by these owners as the last ones made and they failed.Hopefully things will turn around...soon. Went here for the 1st time on Friday evening. The staff were great drinks were good. We ordered the Friday fish fry special. A... half hour later they said they ran out of all fish and shrimp. How do they run out of fish before 6:00 in the evening. So weordered again. and hour later our Rubin and Onion rings came out stone cold. Not happy at this point. Paid for drinks and left. Read more
The first room you come to is a bar... not what we were expecting. But there's a spacious dining room in back that felt more... like what we were looking for. Our server was very attentive & welcoming. We arrived just after a big group, so we waited about30 minutes for our breakfasts. But our server kept our coffee cups full, and the food was worth waiting for. Eggs cookedperfectly, wonderful chunky home fries with bell pepper & onion, and thick smokey bacon. Good variety of Smucker jams for thetoast, and a choice of coffee creamer flavors - yum! All at a very reasonable price. Read more
I got Friday fish fry. Was greeted promptly. Food came out hot and fresh. I was a little disappointed in the size of the fish... portions. But they are a thick chunk of fish. Plenty of food. I asked for ranch for my fries. It's the good one. Good food,great service, nice atmosphere . No negative vibes. Read more
Had a great time...we were invited to watch the 49er preseason games...Great new club East valley 49'ers..the food was good and... alot of food too....service was great also..beer was cold and had great price for pitchers.. So friendly..we're definitely goingback for visit.. Read more
After reading the reviews, I stopped in. New to town and an Eagles fan, it was tough having breakfast during the game but the... food was so great! The atmosphere is perfect for game time. Bartender Tasha is super friendly. Definitely would recommend andthis was my second time back. Read more
As I walked in to this restaurant that I have loved since I moved to AJ that just changed hands I was greeted by the best... server/bartender. She was warm and friendly. Got to us promptly and the food was timely hot and delicious. Bethany really wowedus with her attentiveness and prompt service.
