Not good. One pizza undercooked but plenty of topping. The second pizza undercooked and hardly no topping. I felt like I was... getting a cheese pizza. Very disappointed. I now have to cook these pizzas. You can see light through the dough. Read more
I stopped by to get a hot n ready pepperoni just now. The girl gave me the only one they had ... it was cold. I asked for a... fresh one. She took my cold one in the back, told me it would be a few minutes wait. About 3 minutes later she came and gave meback the same one she had placed in the warmer. I know this because from where I was sitting I could see the fresh ones comingout of the oven and being cut/boxed. the pizza that came out wasn't given to me. Also, I live 5 blocks away and went straighthome. This pizza is cold too. All they did was warm up the box, thinking I would think a warm box means a hot pizza. NOT! Iwon't be back. Read more
Not my favorite Little Caesar's location, pizzas are often ready for you to take. Pizza crust is often over cooked, crazy bread... is over cooked - this has not always been the case but happens most visits we've had. We like little Caesars for a quick andcheap pizza night every so often, but this is not a location we frequent. Read more
Oh my, the young gal that took my order was so sweet and understanding. I was so hungry, hadn't eaten for 3 days.. she hooked me... up! Love her customer service, definitely comes natural. I wish I would of seen her name so I could brag on her!! Read more
The pizza is good for the price and their cheesy bread is delicious but their customer service isn't great, which is the reason... behind the three stars. When taking an order over the phone, it always feels like I am inconveniencing the person that answers.I get having bad days on the job but it's every single time I phone in an order. If the customer service was better, my ratingwould be higher. Good food and customer service completes the dining experience. Without one of those two the experience justfalls flat. Read more
Hours of operation 10am-10pm. That means if I walk through the door at 9:55pm the store is OPEN! Apparently, this store does... not know how to tell time. Open sign is on so I walked in the unlocked, open door at 9:57. The employee proceeds to say, "Um,yeah, we are closed." Excuse me? Wow. Read more
Hot and Ready !! I?ve gone 3 separate times to pick up a pizza and all three times they did not have any pizza HOT or READY.... Pretty embarrassing when that?s literally the company slogan. Not to mention there was 4 associates the last time I wentchecking out someone?s phone. Read more
Constantly forgetting things, specifically the crazy sauces and drinks. Don't bother with the Call of Duty combo cause they... won't give you the 20oz or the sauce unless you go in and remind them to give it to you. Read more
