This is the first time I've ordered KFC for dinner in years. We had it fairly regularly when I was a kid because my Dad loved it... and so did the rest of us. That said, I ordered an 8 piece meal in the drive thru, quick service, friendly employee. Got home,chicken looked fine and was properly cooked but . . . I think they have stopped using the original recipe? It wasn't nearly asgood as it used to be . . . The 11 herbs and spices were missing and I mean all 11 of them. Went here tonight arrived more than 15 minutes prior to closing. Honestly maybe even sooner. Just sitting in drive thur waiting... to get help. People in there didn?t even acknowledge me at all could see them literally hiding. Like just simply say your closeddoor by play little weird kid games? Super unprofessional. Went to see how the chicken sandwich compares with what they show on the TV commercial. I've seen the McDonald's commercials and... several of the other fast food places. KFC's did not disappoint. This is a very good chicken sandwich. Just the right amount ofbreading, and it tasted like it was freshly cooked. This is a good place to go for chicken! Read more
DO NOT GO HERE! I?ve tried to use this KFC twice now, the first time they ran out of chicken this was second attempt. First they... did not have enough Mac and Cheese for my order, I order two 8 piece chicken strip meals I was only given one, when I was givenmy order in drive thru the employee that gave it to me said here and when I tried to ask ?is this everything?? he closed thewindow on me and started talking to other people. Food has gotten a bit better since equipment upgrade but service still lacking. I asked for napkins and I got ripped up napkins... stuffed in my bag...how thoughful. Also asked for dipping sauce as it came with it and never received that as well Read more
Had switched to Popeyes because of the spicy chicken covering, but lately the biscuits have been extremely disappointing and... important part of the meal. Flat, no texture, etc. the KFC biscuits are much better, chicken with crunchy coating also verygood. Switching back from Popeyes. Read more
