BEWARE!!! DELIVERY DRIVER TODAY ALMOST HIT A LADY & 2 SMALL KIDS LEAVING, THEN WHEN RETURNING, ALMOST HIT ME!!! I ADDRESSED THE... MANAGER, HE JUST SMERKED AND REFUSED TO PROVIDE THE DRIVERS FIRST NAME. THE DRIVER BECAME CONFRONTATIONAL AND DIDNT CARE IN THELEAST. I CALLED CORPORATE. Website shows this Jimmy John location open, yet door is locked with a sign indicating Summer Hours 10 to 3. Seriously? Is this... location that SLOW that cannot have normal hours to do business with customers? Thanks for wasting my time and gas! Read more
Ordered off there website received a call no drivers avail. So I ordered from DoorDash NOT knowing that yet again they wouldn?t... be able to deliver even tho it was placed through door dash. Officially lost my business for being unprofessional. If they areunable to have someone to accept the delivery then maybe they should be removed from all platforms to avoid this type ofsituation. The so called manager didn?t show that they cared and kept trying to push the other location on me. If you don?t havea DRIVER then do NOT ALLOW THE DELIVERY OPTION. Waste of time. Read more
Classic size unwhich I dont think so 1 slice of Turkey 1 slice of bacon for $8 you must be ridiculous, even called the store and... the guy on the phone argued with me about how he made the sandwich personally. Skimpy sandwich - had to put my own mustard on sandwich because I don't care for 'Dijon'. No silverware 'use your finger to... spread and tear sandwich in half. Like pepper? Oh No!! So apparently they close at 3pm now or they just don't do deliveries after 3pm. I still consider that lunch time... I normally... order Jimmy John's for a fast easy dinner but I won't be doing that anymore. Read more
