Excellent Greek food. Tuesday night I got the chicken pita with fries. Fresh and delicious chicken ,was tender and pita was warm... and fresh. Next day for lunch I got the chicken kabob with rice salad and falafel. So much flavor fresh rice, and salad was socrisp. Sides were a pita and tzatziki! My go to Greek favorite place! Read more

Food is great, the Gyro salad is my favorite with more than enough to eat. Owner is a bit cranky, we just ignored him and... enjoyed our dinner. Read more

Wow, I can't believe that I ate the whole thing. Yeah, I did. The combo platter with gyro, chicken, and beef. The salad was... massive and came on its own plate. The fries were in a separate basket. Don't judge me. It was my first time here. I didn'tknow how much food was coming. Usually the photos make portions look larger. Beware fellow foodies... They pile on the food. Read more

If I could rate 0 stars, I would. What an absolute waste of $15.61. My meal was maybe worth 7 or 8 bucks - and that's only if... they fixed what was wrong with it. The pros: There was ample meat. In fact, I'd recommend serving 2x pita. I'd rather eat 2xgyro each with moderate meat rather than one with "extra" meat. The singular pita was soft and delicious. The cons: The meatwas bland and dry. There were no tomatoes for the gyro. There were 2 tiny, very thin half slices in my salad, but definitelynot enough for both salad and a gyro. Imo, if there were 4-6 additional slices it would have been great. There were no onionsfor the gyro. None. SMH. There were maybe 4 or 5 tiny slivers of onions mixed in either the salad. I had to pick them outof the salad and place them on my gyro. Imo, there should be 1/8 of a sliced onion - not 1/100th. So, basically I ate a bunchof meat on a pita with nothing else. The cucumber sauce was neither good nor bad. There were 2 sauces. One was enough. Theyoung lady who took my order wasn't exactly rude, but was FAR from friendly. I attempted to excitedly introduce myself statingthat I had just moved in to the neighborhood a few days ago. I tried to be friendly and ask questions. I got a blank stareback at me. I was, at the time, the only customer in line to order food. If this is the best Chicago has to offer, there mustnot be any competition in Chicago. Save your money. Go somewhere - anywhere - else. I know a GREAT place in Mesa, AZ off ofCountry Club just north of Main St... Read more
