The service is terrible and the food is over priced and mediocre. I was with 2 other people my food came out first the next... entree came out about 10-15min after mine and the last order we had to ask for on the way out the door our waitress spent hertime dancing, sitting and entertaining a table of guys she knew i suspect. So firstly, I?ve heard bad things about this place but came for a special occasion. The vibe was good but the waitress got one... of our orders completely wrong and even after trying to correct it, they still charged for the wrong order. The managerliterally said the girl in our party had to pay because they cooked it. Regardless of the fact it wasn?t what she ordered. Alsothey had a lot of tables ?reserved? but not for parties?.for people they thought would order a lot of food. So seating waslimited. Afterwards we went to sing karaoke and the waitress told us we had to order at least $50 to move to another area tosing free karaoke. How do you have most areas ?reserved? and customers are forced to sit nowhere near karaoke where they wantedto sit then charge them $50 to sit near the stage? Long story short. Wont be getting anymore of my money? the servers and bartenders are lazy because they already get 18% gratuity. They stand... around talking, dancing, or on their phones. The fish bowls are now sour which they werent 2 years ago. THEY ALSO CHARGED MYCARD AN EXTRA $90 after paying $100 already for food and drinks. I am glad i got my receipt texted to me. We went for the Karaoke and drinks. Our food was good too. Servers, security and staff were great.
