My order legit is either made wrong, the wait time is either 15 minutes plus, or the drink isn?t filled to the correct... line. Then, when I call in to let them know of the issue, it?s accompanied by an attitude or the manager forgetting that theytold me to come by to get my drink remade, and to let the staff know the manager told me to, but I get pushback because theydon?t believe me since they never wrote my name down smfh Read more

Normally it?s good, but today I ordered the bacon egg bites and caramel Frappuccino. Afterwards I got real bad stomach pains and... has had diarrhea since. I was totally fine before coming here and this was the first thing I had eaten and drank all day. I?mjust nervous about when they leave milk out for long periods of time while fixing other drinks. I won?t be returning to this Starbucks. The floors had trash and were sticky. Took them over 20 minutes to make a tall drink... while people in the drive through were constantly moving and getting all of their drinks made. My drink was made wrong and Ididn?t have another 20 minutes to sit around. Read more

I went to this place and I?m surprise because all the Starbucks have people will a really nice attitude and customer service but... this one was terrible there is lady who is taking the orders in the drive thru, I order a dragon pasión fruit without ice andshe told me that she can not sell it like that why? Then I said ok after that she had a bad attitude and she close the windowmany times in my face when I was talking. Very nice baristas. As a alumni partner, they did their jobs well. It just sucks that they can't do more staffing wise. This... location is right off 24 and only 3 baristas on staff. Like I said they were making it work very well regardless. Very clean aswell for being right off a highway. Read more

When I am more cheery than the drive-through girl at 9 AM there?s an issue lol. Management should be much more supportive and... model the idea of fake it till you make it baby. That first interaction at the menu is such a game changer!, Other than that thelocation is super cute and the drive-through line moves really fast. Read more

I was told that the drink I ordered could not be ordered through the drive thru because it takes them too long to make it. ... There wasn?t anyone at the location inside or out when I ordered it. I?ve also ordered this drink at many Starbucks and havenever been told this. It takes no longer to make this drink than to heat up one of their food items. To top it off, it was madeincorrectly.
