I just ordered a cheese burger and jalapeño poppers. I tried the poppers and they taste BAD I don?t know what oil they are... using! I thought the burger would taste better but only from the smell you don?t want to eat it I took a bite and took it out ofmy mouth instantly. It tasted and smelled so gross like an old fish. Since the last owner has sold this restaurant the quality of food has tremendously decreased. Customer service is not what it... used to be and they have a high turnover of employees which shows management cannot keep employees no longer than a couple weeksalways having issues with drinks and orders . So disappointed this location has not had shakes available for the last month or 2 I have come here. Mozzarella sticks have been... out every other time. Orders keep getting messed up repeatedly. Just going to go to Dairy Queen down the road. They seem toactually care about customer experience and at this point have better food quality. Read more

I had a Terrible experience at this Sonic. The new staff they have are Rude, Inexperienced, and have a nonchalant attitude about... the customers and their jobs. I placed an order through the Sonic App as usual with a certain pickup time. I arrived and noorder. I waited 28 minutes after calling them twice, just to be yelled at through the speaker, that it's on its way. No otherresponse. I then asked for a refund but instead, they then choose to bring my actual order. I will be in contact with UpperManagement online. I suggest you do the same. Read more

Staff was not friendly. Never told us our total. Never repeated the order. It was right on the screen but not right when it go... to the car. No apologies. Horrible customer service and left over food from last night would be better than the food theybrought out. Never coming to this location again. I was happy to see that they were open because the last three times I tried to order my app... said they were closed. So I ordered on the app and finally got my food. The ice cream was runny. I didn?t have my pretzel withthe order. Nor did I have the marinara sauce for the mozzarella sticks. I don?t really like them plain. So I rang the bell andtold them they forgot those items. I was informed that they didn?t forget rather they just didn?t have those items to give me.So they proceeded to prepare my order knowing they didn?t have the items and still didn?t tell me when they brought the food.The girl was so rude and told me to call the 1800 number there was nothing they could do. Whoever owns this location just does not care. It's 9 in the morning at a store that supposed to open at 6 in the morning and no... one is here. All the lights are on. There's a car parked around back. All of the monitors that actually work all say in thekitchen.
