Placed order.. waited an hour on food, “more crab had to be prepped”.. my Alfredo sauce was a garlic butter sauce.. upon... bringing it to the kitchen “manager” Guillermo. He only offered to pour the correct sauce on top of the order.. afterwaiting an hour on the food to come, first. Completely disrespectful to me. Will NEVER step foot in this place with trash likethat in the kitchen. Finally Ron the other manager came, very polite, professional. Dine In. The service was good except that I didn't see anyone for about 10 to 15 minutes standing at the front counter waiting... to be seated. There were no customers when I went in, so I don't know what that was about. As far as atmosphere goes, most RedLobsters I have been to have much better lighting. Read more
I hadn't been to Red Lobster in years and decided to stop by. I don't know why I hadn't gone because the food was very good. I... ate off the appetizer menu and thoroughly enjoyed myself. If you are a delivery driver I would highly recommend not picking up here unless you have atleast an extra 25 min to wait. Even... the customer was messaging to ask because they knew I had been there 15 min past the pick up time. They asked was it busy and noit wasn't I parked right up front at the doors You will be ignored for the first 10 minutes then an additional 15 min wait willcommence. I have picked up there twice and it is always the same service. The customer said they would leave a review toobecause it took an hour after they ordered to get their food.
