We were ignored in the drive though for 10 mins. No one answered at all after talking through the speaker repeatedly. Drove up... to the drive through window & the guy working there continues to ignore us all while walking back & forth towards the frontpassing us while he did so. I came by right around 7pm, last night This place was extremely rude and the lady that was speaking over the guy in the drive... thru needed to go home and rethink why She was there! We are tire and fed up with Poor Customer Service such as this, especiallyfor no reason! I decided not to order after being treated rushed and talked to like I was a child! We've been ordering multiple Spicy Chicken & Biscuit boxes from other Popeye's locations for years, getting 6 to 8 at a tme,... about $2.60 a box last I knew. Today I go to this location to order 6 Spicy Chicken & Biscuit, they say 'We don't have that'. Iask so I can't order Chicken & a biscuit? They say 'We don't have that' while someone in the background says that same thing. Noother suggestions stated on what I could get... So... This is by far is the worst Popeye location. When I visited this location three years ago. Twice I visit this location when... they first open they got my order wrong. Today I decided to visit them! I only walked in to use the bathroom and get a cup of water but these folks had been so nice I stopped an grabbed a chicken... sandwich. Place was super clean and everyone was super nice. Definitely one of my favorite Popeyes in TN thanks Popeyes team. Read more

Ordered ahead online. Ridiculous they said can eat in but doors all locked. Said I have to stay in line drive through waited in... line for 30 min. I already ordered online drive here 24 min and still have to wait in line drive through for another 30 min.This don?t make sense to me. Never again at this location or people don?t order online. Ordered online and made a payment. Thought it was going to be a quick pick up but the inside was closed. So there was a line... wrapped around a building.
