The only reason they’re getting one star is because I couldn’t leave zero. Abysmal customer service and without a doubt the... most blatant and glorified ripoff in the city of Nashville. If you’re looking for quality seafood and a restaurant that givesyou what you pay for this is not the place for you. They will not only blatantly rip you off but also gaslight you uponconfrontation and try to make you feel as if you are in the wrong for asking what you paid for. Do Not Order DoorDash they will charge you almost $40 and not give you what they would in the restaurant. I ordered the crab... legs and they literally gave me 1 crab claw and 2 legs broke off a crab claw. I give them 2 stars because the veggie and sausagewas good but I’m done ordering DoorDash with this establishment. Thank you for taking my money in a recession. Read more
We had takeout food! It was our first time ordering from here and it was delicious! Seafood was perfectly cooked and very well... seasoned. They didn’t hold back on the Cajun or butter which we both loved! Will definitely be eating here again, but hopingto go in and eat there next time. Highly recommend this place for amazing shellfish, and the corn definitely had the juice! Read more
The customer service was terrible. My order was messed up despite me asking specifically upon arriving. The food was over cooked... and the sauce i requested while i was there paying for the wasn’t given to me. Once i arrived home the manger stated that itwas only the sauce and i can still eat the entree or come back for the sauce. The lack of ownership was a huge issue. As thisis a place of business the has poster boards of people that have “dined and dashed” on display I should have realized thequality of service I’d be receiving from that point. My husband and I went here for the first time today. The food was delicious and well priced. I especially enjoyed the hush... puppies and shrimp. Fortunately the messier dishes came with a bib, plastic gloves, and a wet wipe for easy cleanup. The servicewas attentive and very friendly and the environment was fun. We were looking at all the writing on the walls and our waitresslet us put something up ourselves. Overall a great experience and we'd love to come back! ???? Read more
Deangelo was a 5 star server! He was busy, so we had a little wait, but when he got to us.... he got to us! We were in and out.... All the food was hot and GOOD, plus service with a smile. We'll be back again when we visit. Read more
When I say that this food is truly good I mean It. Expensive yes. But worth it for my taste buds. This is the only location I... trust that Smyrna location was discussing And I was so mad I wasted $40. The food here is great so I will give the 5 star forthe most important thing to me, but customer service needs a little work. Read more
