Heard about this cute little bakery from a coworker and had to see for myself. 10/10...did not disappoint. I wanted a piece of... the Strawberry cake, but it was sold out. The lovely lady behind the counter informed me that a fresh batch was being finishedin the prep area. Ummm...yes, please. You can?t miss with this place I told them exactly what I wanted showed them a picture and got exactly what I asked for which is... hard to come by these days. I wish I can give a 0 star!!! Worst bakery ever, I feel so disappointed by their customer service. I woke up early this morning,... drove all the way from Hermitage to this place, to order a cake for my baby's upcoming one year birthday. A friend recommendedthis bakery to me and told me their cakes are simply the best, so I was so excited. I got here and was told to go back home andorder online from their website, that someone will reach out to me through an email, that they can't help me take my orderbecause they are too busy to help me. I was actually the only customer in the store at that time. I have never felt sodisrespected in my entire life. They successfully just ruined my day!!!! Read more

Ever since my first bite of a HomeStyle Bakery cake in 2007, it became my favorite cake of all time. And it still is! The cake... and the icing are delicious (each on their own, in addition to the perfect ratio of sweet), plus their decorators are all soincredibly talented. Because of that, they?ve been my first choice for occasions that need a bakery item, and when it came timeto plan my wedding there was absolutely no doubt in my mind where I wanted our wedding cake to come from. What I wasn?t sure ofwas what I wanted our wedding cake to look like. I met with Sarah and discussed the planned venue decorations, which coordinatedwith our invitations, and shared with her how I would like the cake to coordinate. Sarah sketched out a design that wasbeautiful, unique, and looked like it would flow wonderfully with our theme. On wedding day, when I saw the cake in person, itwas perfect. The final product even blew her sketches out of the water and I honestly could not have been any more thrilled withthe final design. As expected, our cake was gorgeous AND delicious! We received compliments from many of our guests. Even ourday-of coordinator asked me where our cake was from, stating she?s tasted a lot of cakes over the years and it was the besttasting cake she?d ever had. Again, HomeStyle Bakery delivered a gorgeous and delicious cake for our wedding day and was 100%in every way. This bakery never disappoints! I emailed late Thursday with a simple design fro Saturday AM since I was so late in ordering, but... she offered a much more beautiful design for my approval and got it done. Have ordered several times from HomeStyle Bakery and the quality of their work and the deliciousness of their cakes and desserts... never disappoints. They are very responsive and accommodating with placing orders. Cake decorations are always executed withwhat is requested. It's quite a drive for us to get there but worth every mile. Read more
