It?s 10:35am, there?s a line out the door in the lobby. The woman in-front of me left because she didn?t even get a ?I?ll be... right with you? nothing. The guests in the lobby had nothing said to us. The drive through is what they were worried about.Nothing was said. You have to learn to juggle all the customers at the end of the day. You can?t just ignore them. The littlegirl in the back was shaking her head at me because I spoke up and said ?you have people leaving because they aren?t being takencare of? she got a nasty with me. The whole store is a mess! Someone needs to come in here and re-do this whole store. All newemployees. Except for the girl who actually helped me. She should become a manager. She was my cashier. The ONLY one who wasactually doing anything. I called the store shortly after I left and the manager that came in May (is what he said) said that Ileft screaming, I did not. The drive thru window attendant was nice and welcoming but as I begin to name the donuts I wanted, she said, we don't carry... those anymore (nutty, coconut and French Cruller). When I then asked for an old fashioned (plain cake donut) she said, we onlyhave thise with chocolate on top. Hum..... and it was stale... okay well what do you have??? Read more
Order from them to have Uber eats deliver. Half the order was filled incorrectly and other items were not filled at all. They... refunded the missing items, but not the incorrect items. If you do not have in stock what a customer orders you don't get torandomly pick what you think the the customer might like. Bad business! Read more
Pretty average Dunkin' Donuts. Sadly, the quality of the service is hit or miss at this location. It has been great in a pinch... though when I really want coffee! The food is often overcooked though. The staff can be friendly though. Read more
Do not order online. I've ordered here via UberEats 3 times and all 3 times, they refused to include any of the sweet portions... of the order. How is Dunkin Donuts not going to give you donuts?? THREE TIMES IN A ROW. .....maybe if y'all would pay youremployees a living wage, they wouldn't keep continuously messing up orders. Read more
Mo ha signature iced latte was made really well. The sausage breakfast wraps were tasty, but could definitely tell they had just... been frozen and nuked. Placed my order through the Dunkin app, and it was ready to pickup within 5 minutes on a Saturdaymorning. Impressive! Read more
The human at the window was super friendly and made my frozen caramel coffee just how I like it being a previous worker of... dunkin! Also whoever the cook was who made my wake up wrap, made it PERFECTLY. To anyone reading this, don't let those negativereviews deter you from going, give them kindness/patience and I promise you will get receive the same each time.
