If I could give 0 stars, I would. Such terrible service. I placed two future orders for delivery to my sons school for 16 pizzas... per order. I even included a tip for each order. Over $300 total. Neither order was delivered, nor was I contacted by the storeto let me know there was an issue. I had to drive to the store to pick up each order. Both orders took hours to complete. Therewas no assistance from the store management other than to tell me how short handed they were. No offer for refund or to creditback the tip and delivery fee. I definitely won?t be ordering from here again. Read more
We ordered pizza and a brownie. Over 2 hours later the delivery guy throws us our food and as he is getting in the cars says... it's cold. We call the restaurant and get Katrina. She refuses to give us a manager or owners number. Tells us she can giveus 20% off our next order. She said we accepted the pizza and she couldn't do anything else. We again told her he didn't giveus a chance to react or do anything. My husband said we can't eat this gives us our money back or give us a number tocorporate. She just keeps saying they are so busy. We'll if they treat everyone like this and give them slop they will not bethat busy for long. People are working hard for their money with inflation the way it is... We don't have to order from youever again and we will not order from you again. I hope someone in management sees this so when your sales fall at thisrestaurant location you will know why. They could care less about the quality of the food or how they treat people or standbehind the domino's brand. Read more
Ordered a pizza that got lost, despite the website saying it was delivered. Called the manager for a refund. I'm giving this... store a two-star rating instead of one because I got my refund back quickly. But unfortunately for them, they just lost along-time customer. Read more
Ordered at 3:45pm to make sure we avoided the dinner rush. Paid for it via the app. Delivery said 33-43mins initially. At 4pm we... received the notification it was quality checked. The track time got down to 20mins. Then went back up to 90mins. So at 5pm Icalled and asked for Anthony. Anthony told me he only had 2 drivers and all the orders came in at once. That he was doing all hecould. I asked how long our food was going to be sitting there getting cold. He said another 40mins. I explained that that wouldthen be 2hrs of our food sitting on a counter. We had salad, pizza, and a sandwich. He then said he didn't really get thequality check at 4pm. He explained it was more like 430pm. But it would be another 40min before it was delivered. I explainedthat it would then be 2 full hours since the quality check notification. He didn't offer to remake the pizza, or really didn'toffer any resolution. I cancelled my order rather than wait another hour for cold food and possible food poison. Not to mentionif he really did have the quality check sent at 4pm but didn't "actually" do it until 430pm, the trust was lost around here.Let's hope my refund gets added cause he was super short with me at that point. Manager is a b**** who said she has no way of giving a refund for a product we did not receive correctly. Pasta came exactly... like this. Underfilled, cold, and nasty. Filing a corporate complaint and hoping these people are open to learning their jobs orlosing them since our hard earned money that WE work for isn?t worth it to them. Read more
