I ordered my food on app 11/4/22 I sent my boyfriend to pay for it and pick it up but he needed to enter a zip code before... swiping my card but he didn?t know what was the zip of the card so he told the manager he would be right back and 15 mins laterhe went back our food was still sitting on the counter so it was cold when he arrived home and we only live 6 mins away ! So noreason my food should?ve been cold. Also when he did arrived back at the store he was told they canceled my order after he toldthem he would be back. My card was charged 3 times and when I went to ask about it the manager lied and said my boyfriend swipedmy card multiple times but he only swiped once. I ordered my pizza and 45 minutes later it was ready according to the tracker and it took over two hours for them to deliver the... pizza to me. When I called they informed me that they only had one delivery person working that night which they did not tell mewhen I ordered the pizza. I would have been more than happy to do carry out if they had communicated effectively. In the endit took three hours before they actually got the pizza to us. I can confirm that they were three hours old when they showed upto my house. Wow, I am so disappointed with Domino?s in Brentwood. The time before the sun never showed up. I tried him asecond time due to a great deal that was advertised online. I will never try them again. Read more
Dont waste your time going to this location. Pizza will be undercooked and they wont honor what they say over the phone to... remake the pizza and claim they cant find your name or phone number on the list after taking it down. Read more
Ordered a pizza from here for probably the second or third time this time they call to tell me it?s out of their delivery range.... I gps?d it it?s literally 12 minutes.
