Quit going there long ago though I love Captain D's food. Place is nasty and you have to watch some employees when they give you... back your change. Ridiculous having to go to Mt Juliet or somewhere else. Hickory Hollow Antioch zone on the most part is poorin operation wherever. Sad ????. Read more

This has to be the worst captain d?s in Nashville. I was just in line at 7:50pm and the line was pretty line. And as soon as the... car in front of me gets to the speaker one of the worker comes out the saying there closed. This has happen so many times. Andif u do go there on the night shift u better check ur food, cause they will hand out the wrong food or it won?t be fresh?..Andfor the prices being so high u should get wat u pay for. But they are rude and I use to work there years ago and it has wentdown hill. Read more

It's just okay. I think they try, but don't do enough volume to have fresh items. Fries were bad, fish and slaw were fine.

We originally tried to order online so we could go pick it up. Kept getting kicked out of the website after getting to the last... step payment. So we drove up there at around 6:45pm. We sat in the drive thru with approximately 5 cars in front of us. It tookus right at an hour to get thru the drive thru line. It took 25 mins just to get to the speaker. And it was 107° out there. Ithought maybe they were short handed but once we got to the window, I knew that wasn't the case. There were at least 5 peopleinside. The one that took our money stood there the entire time we waited for the food, with his hands in his pocket. Then hedidn't even give us any tartar sauce and only 1 spoon and 1 napkin. We ordered 2 meals. He had plenty of time to prepare ourextras while he stood there. I know there is a shortage going around but this is unacceptable if Captain D's ever expects tomake a profit. Many cars drove off while we waited. An hour in that hot sun wasn't worth it to them. The food tasted great asalways but customer service needs improvement. Train better, pay better. Would think a customer be served warmer/hotter food for $14 lunch. Spending too much time in the food spa. Some days are better... than others. Today, not one of them. UPDATE 04/29 Went back today (3 weeks) to see if any changes were implemented aftertalking to district manager about my review. NO Changes in the food being in the spa for too long. You can tell by the mouthfeel and food temp. Decided to travel out of my way next time to another store to see if this is a store issue or systemiccompany issue. Read more

This Captain D's location has consistently had poor service, employees with attitudes, an extremely slow line and stinky fish. I... stopped going for at least 4 or 5 months but drove in tonight because it looked empty and I hoped Captain D's had made somechanges after so many complaints. The food tasted ok but when I got home I realized the girl in the drive through didn't give mesilverware or napkins. ???? I also got a stomach ache afterwards. ???? Read more
